Refund policy
Kerveros has a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window. If the software doesn’t work for you for any reason within fourteen days of purchase, we’ll refund the full amount.
How to request a refund
Email kerveros@agileturtles.gr from the address you used to purchase, with the subject line “Refund request”. Please include your order number from the receipt — that’s enough; you don’t need to explain why.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) within five business days. We’ll deactivate the license key associated with the order at the same time. If you have already activated the app, please uninstall it to comply with the EULA.
After 14 days
After fourteen days we don’t offer refunds. If something is broken, please email support anyway — we want to know about it and will work with you to get it fixed.
EU consumers
If you are an EU consumer purchasing for personal use, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to this policy. Our processor handles VAT remittance in your country.
